We are looking for Trainee Engineers to join our technical departments. Get ahead in your career in an international company with a solid program for the development of new engineers. The training program in Halliburton is directed towards operational search- and development work, both onshore and offshore. Engineers start in different departments, however the main elements of the training program are the same. This involves a professional development part with job training in various projects as well as courses in understanding technology and business management. Trainees are followed up by a personal mentor to aid and facilitate continous development. Halliburton would like to focus on and develop the following qualifications in our engineers: The ability to plan and organize, networking, personal initiative, cooperation and communication. Apprentice Scheme

Halliburton is cooperating with the Training Office for Oil Related Trade (OOF), who offers apprenticeship in trade areas of completion, cementing, office work and laboratory work. Halliburton also cooperates with the Training Office for Industrial Trade Rogaland (OFIR), who offers industrial installer trade. In addition to this, training will be given in all trade areas at Halliburton’s international training centres.
